SUNDAY FUNDAY

It is Sunday Funday once again and daybar at the 8 Ball Saloon is calling my name once again! So here are my picks for this week's viewing options. It is extra exciting this week because they are all mostly new additions to my collection, except for Golden Needles (1974), but I had a hankering for some Joe Don Baker screentime.
Rounding out the rest of the options for my friends to pick from:

• Beneath the Valley of the Ultra Vixens (1979) and Supervixens (1975), the awesome re-releases of the Russ Meyer T&A laden classics from Severin Films
• Rat Man (1988) An absolutely absurd Italian exploitation flick featuring the Nelson de la Rosa (Marlon Brando's little person chum from 1966's Island of Dr. Moreau)
  
• Furious (1984) Kung-Fu craziness featuring Phillip Rhee (from the Best of the Best franchise)
  
• Fathom (1967) a bit of a James Bond knockoff with knockout Raquel Welch
  
• AMC's Monsterfest Cult Classics Collection 2, specifically for Jesse James Meets Frankenstein's Daughter (1966). I'm not sure if there is a better standalone release of Jesse James... but I am happy to have this to balance off the absurdity of Billy the Kid Versus Dracula from the same year.
  
• I don't know much about Visiting Hours (1982) or Hush... Hush, Sweet Charlotte (1964) but they looked like they were worth a blind buy gamble. Especially since Sweet Charlotte has Bette Davis in it and Visiting Hours has Michael Ironside.
  

My bartending day shift  runs from 3 - 9 p.m., so we'll see which titles we end up getting into this week!
