Sunday Funday!

Next week is our VHS Takeover movie night with the Burnout Society Film Club's resident tapehead, Nate, but today is a good ol' fashioned Sunday Funday daybar at the 8-Ball Saloon here in Ann Arbor. Colum has gathered a stack of viewing options for the small screen to pick from to get through his shift. Doors open at 3 p.m. so if you're in the area pop in to say "hi" and see what's playing!

• Avenging Angel (1985) We watched Angel next week so I'm curious what she is avenging in college.
• Opera (1987) One of Italian icon Dario Argento's lesser watched horrors.
• Stone  (1974) Aussie biker movie with an unforgettable funeral procession shot. Previously featured in an 8 Ball Movie Night double feature with Stone Cold (1991).
• Shock Waves (1977) The irritation we all feel when Nazis keep popping up, especially in zombie form.
